 Steedman Apartments will celebrate the grand opening of its new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by the Waterville Area Chamber on Thursday, December 2 at noon.  The new location is located at 1501 Pray Boulevard.  Members, Mayor, City Council and the media are invited to the grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration.  Light refreshments will be served.
