The Waterville Area Arts Council presents "Art and About in Waterville".
The Plein Air, French for 'open air', is used to describe the art of painting outdoors.
There will be designated locations at which the artist may set up to paint. The excitement of Plein air painting is that the public is invited and encouraged to watch these artists in action.
